I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

The world is getting stranger by the day.  Hopefully this insanity will end someday soon.  I remember in the 60s people had a real reason to protest and make things equal, but now it seem as a vehicle to breakdown society and pit everyone against each other.

I don't know for you, but here it's the people protesting in 60's who are messing a lot in the country. You know, they had slogans like "it's forbidden to forbid"; well now they love to forbid everything to everyone, except to their friends :shrug:
