I have an account on Sharecg only to take freebies. I follow nobody, comment rarely (I tried to do more last years), and I even don't use my nickname
I just care about what job creators do. You can see great works. And sometimes there are people doing maybe not the greatest freebies, but they do them with their hearts, and it's all which count.

Everywhere the commercial common sense seems to be lost. Internet or daily life.

On FA/FRM we aren't perfect, but we try our best to compose with other sites. After all, without them, we couldn't exist. And on FRM, not only we tell about the asked basis for textures, but we are trying to link every base when they always exist around.
It's just impossible for a site selling 3D nowadays to impose a complete blackout on the challengers.

Same here.  Though I do check for good freebies.  Seems like most of those items sold on ShareCG are from Vanishing Point.  As for myself, rather go there for the goodies

I think you reach a point about the most on sale products by only one vendor. If that isn't a free advertising from their part

Good Morning to all.....

Had a busy day yesterday...Figured I had better get the grocery shopping and other shopping done while I still had help LOL. 

I had to take the Daughter up to Janesville for her second Covid Shot.  Her first one didn't bother her at all but hearing some of the reports on the second one...I didn't want to take any chances and NOT have help hauling in the bags and putting stuff away....

Yes, I know....a one sided decision on my part but I consider it a "Parent Privilege"

So far she's doing great so that is good. 

Can you believe we will have below freezing temperatures the next couple of mornings....and highs in the lower 40's.....  Good thing my laziness forewarned me not to do any flower planting this early...  

And now to see what is what and why is where and when....with in hand

I don't like the fact that Share is selling....That's not sharing......it's profiting....and only a FEW have jumped on the boat to sell.  I unfollowed them...even if they occasionally put up freebies....

Sad that they are not loyal to those who have been loyal to them...but that's the way of the world it seems...  "All for one and None for All"

But SUCH IS LIFE...and we move on.  I'm sure those folks with Share woes will find ways to get their products to others....

Now to grab a and see what else is new...

Oh I am looking for a good DEFIANCE! replacement.  Trion Worlds / Glyph shut it down April 29.  Sigh.   So I pick up ARMA3 for a song, and got Serious Sam 4 Deluxe collection on sale.   And, can ya believe this, alone with the new ZBrush 2021.6.4 update at 1.3 gigs, then a total of 86 gigs for those two games, I got it all through my phone at 2.3 to 4.6 MBps.   That's a lot of files man!   But, I got it all.  Whew!  Now to go see if those games are any fun to play :)
