Well, I was under the impression that it was going to be a CAT 1 at the least (back at tropical storm strength) and on land by now, it is at the moment once more teasing us,  yes ... do I need to break out the :rowrow: no ... well those that are not used to what we call a soft day here in FL might need one. But having been in FL all my life not today just a steady rain at the moment.

Now whether or not the boss is going to call the day off or not is another story. Supposedly was going to message us last night about his intent but ... crickets ... still

would be  nice  to get some rain out  of this  thing  going up the  west coast  we shall see  as we do need the rain  now if the  weather wackos  will tell us  whats going on  instead  of  all the crap  about  be prepared  and  what  if    I mean  we  live in Fla  and  most  know  what  to do in case of a  major storm

Well, in theory Elsa is up to hurricane status and is estimated to hit below Tampa and could get inland as far as Orlando.

In theory

There was talk about canceling us coming in tomorrow due to it, but it looks pretty lame to me as there is no real oomph or ass behind this rainstorm

No word from the boss as to whether or not we are to show up so I guess work is as scheduled

Good afternoon guys!
We finally had a thunderstorm after midnight, and during a part of the night - at least each time I woke up It ended in the early morning. We had a lot of rain, sun, clouds, big rain, sun, big big rain... all the day after that. And again the possibility today and next days for thunderstorms

Converning books, I started the Expedition of the Kon-Tiki. They haven't even take the sea, and already one of teh guys had troubles with the Pacific

Morning ...she is supposed to start effecting us tomorrow and Thursday.  We shall see..although the old joke here in Chucktown is you spill a cup of coffee downtown and it floods.

Well, should be interesting according to the weather weenies rain around 9:00, 13:00-14:00, and 18:00 today, how quaint, even have a flood warning for areas prone to flooding until tomorrow at 16:00

They might be onto something since when I went outside to put the lunch and backpack in the truck I have nothing but grey and ominous clouds completely across the entire sky, and I mean everywhere... ah well no biggie in my mind since this is just a typical day in Florida summer.

However it looks like sweet little Elsa is going to visit Tampa more then central Fl so should be mostly wind with some normal rain ... in theory  ... where I reside
