Indeed we have similar weather conditions here disturbing part was knew it before I went outside. Yep, ye ole asthma is making me uncomfortable. Would say how wonderful, but I would be lying

Good Morning to all....

First off...McG...I like Defiance.  It was a pretty cool series and you can still pick it up some of the episodes on YouTube.  I remember when Faceoff had just introduced the creators of the show and some of the team members in the finals got to go on the set....That was cool.

Anyway....I'm here for a bit....Just got out of Daz....Thanks Aelin for the heads up. 

I had all intentions of doing yard work but I'll be darn if I'm going to mow the grass in Gloves, Hat, Scarf and winter coat on LOL...It's not the temp that so bad...it's that windchill.  The temp is in the low 40's but that wind brings it down to 30-32 degrees.....and I'm not going to get sick again if I can help it LOLOL...

And now to start my tour....

With temperatures like that out here in our part of the country we be wearing overcoats that is what our winter temperature are like maybe as low as 28 degrees but not as cold as it get up north.  Glad I live down here even though some of our summer can be 115 + degrees.

We don't have many Nudist Clubs or whatever they are called up here in Wisconsin "J"....It would be a waste of money...it would only be used 2 weeks out of the year...and even that is iffy

This coming from the one who tells me that what I call cold is t-shirt and shorts weather ... go figure

Nudist's clubs???? Definitely wouldn't work up there TL.  Now somewhere in Tx . . . . that I could see.

McG:  Got a similar tale you might get a kick out of.  While in my 210 Datsun, I was on my way back from Ft Knox after undergoing training for the soon to be dropped M60A2 program.  Heading back home to El Paso, I was pretty much flying at low altitude.  Just chillin' out . . . .  until I saw the cop on the side of the road.  His blue lights had just come on and I'm thinking Oh S**t!  This guy has me dead to rights.
Then, my guardian angel stepped in, "Not so fast slick.  Watch this . . . !
And that was when we were BOTH passed by another speeder.  This guy tore past so fast that I couldn't even identity the color, yet alone the model.  In any case, cop passed me up like a dirty shirt to catch that guy.  Rolled past shortly after - doing the speed limit - with the cop just writing tickets.

That was my lucky day.

"J".....we have folks up here who wear shorts all year round....I don't know whether they have no common sense or they are numb from the neck down   But I can tell you one thing...they won't go out in the heat unless it's to go to a air conditioned bar.....and when I say "Heat" I mean anything over 70 degrees....
