Being lactose intolerant ... I made up a variation on this ....


I use a flavored coffee, so that added step to add flavoring is good to skip ... and I use flavored soy milk .... so fast, fewer steps ... and so nice on a hot day when ya want coffee, but its hotter outside than the coffee pot .... LOL

Still don't get the idea of putting ice in a drink that you purposely made hot to start with ... sounds like a contradiction in terms to me

Nothing better then good ol Iced Coffee....I love it....

I was walking through the grocery store the other day and noticed that they are selling Iced Coffee in quart containers now...already sweetened with and with creamer.  $2.50 a gallon.....

I'll make my own thank you LOL....

• Pour about a cup of freshly brewed coffee into a blender.
• Add crushed ice.
• Add 1/4 cup of milk.
• Blend for about 10 seconds depending on the strength of your blender.
• Add a couple tablespoons of sugar for an extra sweet taste. If you have any flavouring like french vanilla, flavoured creamers, etc, feel free to add it in.
• Blend again until smooth.
• Serve and enjoy the nice blended coffee that you have made.
