Oh this has potential since I have been in the cloth room ... once or twice ...

This is a free dynamic fantasdy dress for V4. Make sure to render with smooth polygons and displacement maps on! A displacement map is included, which can be used with any other material you want. Just add it to the displacement node in the advanced material room for each zone, and set the depth you want. See the included material for the suggested amount.
It can probably be adjusted to work with other characters too, if you have some experience with Poser and Poser's cloth room.
