Here is an idea for a delicious meal:
Refreshment at anytime: AUTUMN TEA BREW

1 quart water
6 Lipton Cup Size Tea Bags
1 quart apple cider or natural apple juice
1/2 cup sugar
In 2-quart saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add Lipton Cup Size Tea Bags. Cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Garnish, if desired, with apple wedges and cinnamon sticks.

Serves:                  8
Preparation Time: 5 Minute(s)
Cook Time:            15 Minute(s)



Main Dish: APRICOT-GLAZED PORK CHOPS

2 cups boiling water
2 Lipton Orange & Spice Flavored Black Tea Bags
4 pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup apricot preserves
In 2-cup glass measuring cup, pour water over Lipton Orange & Spice Flavored Black Tea Bags and brew 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; cool.

In shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour 1 cup brewed Tea over chops. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 to 24 hours.

Remove chops from marinade, discarding marinade. 

In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook chops, turning once,  5 minutes or until chops are done.  Remove chops from skillet and keep warm.

In same skillet, add remaining brewed tea and bring to a boil over high heat.  Boil over high heat 3 minutes or until liquid is reduced to about 1/4 cup.

Stir in preserves and season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.

To serve, pour sauce over chops.

Side Dish: TEA-GLAZED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

1 cup water
4 Lipton White Tea with Island Mango & Peach Flavors Pyramid Tea Bags
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread
1/2 tsp. salt
3 lbs. butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces (about 7 cups)
Preheat oven to 400°.

Spray 13 X 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

Bring water to a boil in 1-quart saucepan over high heat.

Remove from heat.

Add Lipton White Tea with Island Mango & Peach Flavors Pyramid Tea Bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze.

Stir in brown sugar, Spread and salt.

Arrange squash in prepared baking dish.

Evenly pour in tea mixture; toss to coat. Roast, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until squash is tender and golden.

Serves:                  6

Dessert: CINNAMON APPLE CAKE

1-1/4 cups boiling water
4 Lipton Cinnamon Apple Herbal Tea Bags
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup wheat bran cereal
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 medium apple, peeled and sliced
Preheat oven to 350°.

Pour boiling water over Lipton Cinnamon Apple Herbal Tea Bags in teapot; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze; cool.

Beat cool tea, eggs and oil in large bowl; set aside.

Combine flour, cereal, brown sugar and baking powder in medium bowl.

Gradually add to tea mixture, stirring just until moistened.

Stir in walnuts.

Turn into greased and floured 9-inch springform pan. Top with apple slices. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes on wire rack; remove sides of pan and cool completely.

Makes:                   10 servings
