Bought some eel at the Oriental market along with roasted eel sauce today. Can you guess what is on the menu tonight?

oooo, eel is very tasty!!!! my all time fav is fatty tuna, tho!!! I can eat a whole platter!! Sigh, i miss sushi!

Hehe yeah... I always ask what I"m eating... if its not the words I know for chicken/beef/pork/fish/oysters, I don't eat it! :P

Actually one of the most delicious things I've eaten is ostrich.   Mmm, ostrich!

Had the ducks feet and bills while in China....then wouldn't eat anything I didn't know for the rest of the trip

Ok, I don't know the recipes, but traveling around a bit here and there I am sometimes shocked at what people eat... OFTEN... that I would NEVER EVER consider to be "food" or even remotely "edible."

-animal feet, such as pigs' feet and chicken feet!  No matter what I can't get out of mind how dirty trotters are and why would someone eat that?
-pig's nose (Nearly the same reason as feet... we know where pigs' noses like to dig)
-chicken-head soup (NASTY!)
-roasted larvae (seriously?? They sell these in big carts)
