Now, THIS is how you make ragu! Maybe a bit of beef and/or ribs, chicken pieces, or whatever you have. Just use various cuts and brown them and continue with the recipe. It'll be heavenly!!!

I make mine in a similar way but using homemade fresh sausage (that I make myself a few day before) along with various cuts of meats like the old Italian peasants used to do. Sometimes, it an all day affair but a meal to remember!
