LMAO! I just bought some pie crusts to make some baked breakfast hand pies for work next week which may include some type of cooked meat like bacon, sausage, etc. as well as maybe some sauteed onions, and cheese. Sometimes I make egg muffins with similar ingredients. Things like those are easy to make and you can freeze them some you can have them ready whenever you want. ;)

Ha! I've finally found it! ;D Here's a long list of Mother Sauces and their recipes. My fav? Mornay! I've yet to make them all but it's on my bucket list. LOL Unfortunately, I can't find the original site that's a lot older than this one. :(

Once I started learning about French sauces, the mother sauces and their derivatives, it totally change the way I cook and my life! I have these on my Kindle app and You'll be very happy with them.

How many times can you make chicken, pork, etc. without making them with the same sauce...BBQ, teriyaki, etc.??? Learning to make your own homemade sauces is very easy. Just use the ingredients you love. :)
