She was taught that cops were her friends, hence her hopping on to the cop car when it arrived. Red flashing lights.
This was the tiger that your friend mentioned earlier had, right? So what happened after the incident?

For once Queensland wasn't the highest recorded temperature...This went to Western Australia (WA)
The temperature in Carnarvon hit a whopping 49.9C, which according to WeatherZone is the highest temperature recorded in the world so far this year.
A bird flying into power lines caused the spark to hit the ground which was so dry...away it went...the fire was brought under control quickly and no houses were lost...

I don't recall if I posted about this before, but here goes:
At the age of 13 I used to do a job for my school's lunchroom after lunch time was over. I did the job well, and got all the cinnamon buns and milk I wanted for the job I did.
One day I was leaving the lunchroom after finishing off my treat. The main entrance to the school building was just across the hall from the lunchroom entrance. A man came walking in with a 10 month old spotted leopard on a leash. When the leopard saw me, he tried to drag his master over to me. I was scared at first, and was trying to get back into the lunchroom, but the door was locked already. The man said "it's alright! He just wants you to pet him!"

So I tentatively put my hand on his head. He was like a big version of a domestic cat, loving my touch, and the strokes of my hand! It was an exquisite feeling, being able to pet a leopard.

This was the tiger that your friend mentioned earlier had, right? So what happened after the incident?

Both Quadesh the stripper tiger, and Leo the biker lion; were just too much for the animal activists so they pushed for, and obtained; laws that forbid exotic animals in the City. "Bread not Circuses" was the war cry and all animal acts are banned in the province. No Ringling Bros. Barnum and Baily or any other type of such entertainment. If Circue du Soleil used any animals other than horses being Canadian wouldn't save them. Horses are the only non-pet type animals acceptable in the city.
