Have you ever played Snooker? I did, and was quite good. I played pool too, and was good at it also; but I liked Snooker because it is on a different table that is slightly longer than a pool table, and the pockets are shaped differently from Pool pockets. That makes the game more challenging, and I like that. I had 3 pool sticks I played with, but the one I used for Snooker was my favorite.

As for darts, I had a set of tournament darts, and the dart board. These darts had steel tips, sharp as a tac. When I played a game with my friends, no drinking was allowed. One guy tried to sneak a mixed drink in, one time, but we could smell the alcohol easily. We barred him from entering the room we played in. He got P-Oed, but we told him he knew the rules before he tried, and he had to apologize.

Another game we used to play was Foosball. I and my partner were pretty good at it. His name was Tommy Stevenson, and we worked together at the Abbeville County Memorial Hospital in Abbeville SC (my hometown). He owned and operated a Foosball Parlor, and hosted a Foosball Tournament once a month.  He had twelve Foosball Tables in the place, five Pinball machines, a Pool Table, and a Snooker Table. He also had a Bumper Pool Table, which a mean customer destroyed when he couldn't sink any balls. His willful destruction got him arrested and thrown in jail. Turned out he was on some kind of drug that makes you mean. Tommy couldn't find another good Bumper Pool Table.

I rented a place that had a pool table in the basement. The owner was a real clean freak and used to get bent out of shape when my cat would come down to watch a game. He watched the balls but wasn't overly keen on the sound of really sharp collisions. Never went near the table, but Vince was a dick freaking out that the cat would trash the felt. Or would get hair on it and he'd have to vacuum. Looser. Imagine his surprise when he came down one night after work to smoke a doobie and shoot a game only to find a 250 pound Siberian tiger lying on his precious pool table. He never mentioned the 5 pound British Short-hair ever again. Think I posted one or two of those old photos here or PFD. Some thread about people's real images as in relation to their avatars or some such thing. I'm old, smoke a lot of pot; and drink. The memory tends to get a little foggy at times.

A real Siberian Tiger? Wow, and Double Wow! Never had the chance to see one up close, but I have seen a real Liger hear in Georgia. That one was at an animal preserve close to where I now live. The Preserve is at the Pine Mountain State Park. I wanted to pet the Liger, but was not allowed to get close enough to him. He was the biggest cat I've ever seen live. They told me he was as docile as a puppy. I asked if there was any way I could get a job caring for him, but no jobs were available. Then I asked if I could volunteer to help care for him. They had all the volunteers they could handle. He was a really beautiful cat.

Having a problem with the Gallery. The requirements say an image cannot be more than 2 MB, but my image was only 1.8 MB, and it did not allow the upload, say it "exceeds the limit". So I try different methods to reduce the size of the image without losing too much of the detail. The first method saved at 1.9 MB. The second method saved at 1.52 MB. The third method saved at 1.6 MB. Of these methods, the second one lost too much of the fine detail I wished to preserve.
I'm at a loss to know what to do! :lostme:
Here is the posted limits:
1. Maximum allowed file size = 2MB
2. Width or Height = 2500 px

I have hit that a couple of times, provided both the pixel size and MB size are with in limits I normally just rename the one I want to upload after the first rejection and any fiddling I might have done and the renamed one normally loads no problems. Don't ask me why it works but it dose
