Morning/evening all . Been through a couple in Virginia that we're in the 5s when I lived there. Yes there really is a fault line there lol. Just waiting for the storms to start rolling in here.  No snow but even worse for Charleston...rain. Let's see how bad it floods this time.

Good morning!
It's a cold day, going to be colder than this morning or even the night. No track of new snow for the moment.
Forecast weather didn't see coming the 3 cm on Paris and around. Drivers were unable to drive on such amount :tearlaugh:

I experimented twice earthquakes for what I'm aware. Just the 'power' to displace furnitures or just to vibrate them. It was never told on the news, local or beyond. It was were I lived before, and it was people we knew, here and there in town, who experimented it too and talked about their experience.

Good Morning to all,

Well, it's started...and they are predicting 12" of snow for us...with high winds....and me not shoveling till it's a little calmer.  Sad thing is...it's not the fluffy stuff...it's the back breaking wet stuff.

Since this is our first BIG snow of the season, I'm sure we'll have a lot of "Paris Drivers" also Aelin LOL..

And yes PDG....We will be sharing the storm with you....so be patient...:tearlaugh:

Did get out to feed the outside critters some can food.  Not giving them dry food that will turn to mush in no time...and only had the two little ones eating.  But then again...they are the two that live in the houses with plenty of straw to keep them dry and warm.

Sanbie and Fafnir....yes, the earthquake, which was a 2.5 magnitude, was near a fault line.

Mother Nature is truly testing us all Noshoba.

And I just came in from shoveling the steps and driveway....This snow is HEAVY....so I do my push shoveling....and no lifting involved....works great. It measured out at 4.75" and still coming down hard.  I'm going to go out in a couple of hours and shovel again....this way I'm not busting my.....ummmm....getting to worn out....

Wet snow for me. Could have kept it to yourself TL. It'll be rain later. I hope. Away from the Lakeshore is a different story. Lots of snow. No rain.

I hear you on the NZ quakes sanbie. There have been a few really big ones. We hear about them for obvious reasons.

Well, it appears it is winter in Texas now.  20F this morning, and 38F right now.  Wind is calm, was 40-50 and snow everywhere.  Now it is just spots in the shade.    My day late Christmas present to self was a 12.3" Surface Pro 5th gen bundle.  Got the Surface pro, stylus, wireless mouse, and waiting on the Type Cover (tomorrow).  But it works great!   It be a nice one to have around the house, as BadMoonRYZEN ain't so portable!   Hey I can even 'cast' the Surface screen to the 40" TV!  :D
