Eleasis ~ High Sun ~ Catch a Falling Star ~ August 2021 Contest

Welcome one and all, happy to see you once more in these the dog days of summer. It might be a bit warm where some of thee are, and some of thee might have cooler temperatures.

Nonetheless things are going to be warmer shortly, why because this months theme is all about "Catching a Falling Star" now that particular phrase can mean a lot of things.

It could be visual, as in watching a meteor shower. Or one can also look at it from a artistic viewpoint. Maybe a philosophical one, for example do you have any dreams, hopes or aspirations that .... are as fleeting and difficult to catch ... as a falling star.

Which means one thing only, somewhere in your image you should have a "celestial" star present, preferably a shooting star, it could be in the background or could be the focal point. Your choice, to depict and share with us here in our humble abode.
