Well Aelin.....You won.....Kittens are in....the adults wanted no part of being in...but I tried....

We had some wicked rains last night and they made my mind up for both Lorna and I. 

Oz is a little miffed....but he'll get over it.  He's getting plenty of loving and we are not pushing him to hard to make friends yet. 

All the toys you see and the house are Oz's so looks like I'll have to get him a new playhouse and wheelaball....

I think the kittens are the real winners.
Concerning adults, maybe if you hadn't Oz they would try. But it's his territory, and they can respect that. More, no one knows what was their lives in houses if they knew that before to be in your street; maybe something they fear to live again, even if you take care of them when they are outside.
But for the Mama, she is probably aware her babies are fine with you.

Concerning Oz's behavior. It's normal. Juliette wasn't happy to have newbies at the beginning. But it was just a way to show that, eyes and face when seeing the dog; then when Tania came (specially Juliette was upset because I took a cousin of Tania for a friend of the family, so few hours after, Juliette was relieved with one in less ). She never attacked Tania, who was a kitten. We were confident, but looking them both as much as possible.
Of course, Oz can be shocked because you have 3 in once for now, then he will accept a companion. Now to see if Oz is a dominant, or just wanting to show he is afraid to lose love of Mama and Daddy.

And take care the babies don't believe your "dolls" behind them are toys too :winks: But they are adorable.

Greetings, Fafnir.  I hope you and yours are doing well.  Back to the office this week.  Strange after 18 months or so.

Mornin  coffee cocoa and tea  are ready the girls  made biscuits and bacon for this  morning and for  later on there  will be  slow cooked  roast beef  with all the trimmings and sweet  tater  wedges
