This panpanic is buggering everything up. Heat\cold wrap on the knee, ace to kinda hold it together, The op is brief, recovery a bit longer. Been hoping for ye since ye mentioned this on your site, Thorndrich's been a fellow support, just more "vocal".
Soonish, you'll be chasing cars and busses, and even catching them.
Keep a smile handy mate, just to confuse people.

I'm sharing my Positive thoughts with you my friend.  All will be well.....so take care....rest often....and try not to stress out to much. 

And if you do stress out to much....we have someone who thinks she's a nurse that would be happy to treat you....with what...we haven't figured that out yet.....
