"Sensibility for Victoria 4" isn't free, and can be find at Daz3D; for once, I even give you a non free link because Sensibility has grown with extensions, and with the G2F dress and extensions.
Yet, it seems the textures for the V4 stuff work also with G2F stuff.

Now, out of that, I start with the large work for Sensibility and accessories than Chohole made years ago.
Chohole said it's ok for commercial renders.
EDIT 08/30/21: Unfortunately, Chohole passed away, and most of her freebies are lost forever.

But fortunately, Chohole wasn't alone to do creations for Sensibility.

Diane (aka photoantics) made textures for the Sensibility and expansions.
There are also some textures for "Pharaoh of the Sun dress" (non free, available on Daz3d too).
Check the usage restrictions in the readme.
