So many different ways to make them tasty ... so few left in stock to work with ... :thud:

You know, I did it that way once a long time ago and like it but then for some reason I treid them the way in the first post and stuck with that...not sure why. LOL

Maybe I had a few at the time and forgot I made them that way. But I was visiting a BBQ site recently and they said to try it this was and I remembered I did do it that way once. So, I tried it again and was pleased.

Hummm...gotta try that next time I make ribs....Thanks   hi5-3:

An update...

I've found that after you add your rubs you should put the ribs under the broiler on high heat and sear both sides of the ribs first...up to 5 min per  side depending on your broiler. Then wrap them and bake as usual. The ribs will have a better flavor and will retain the browning from the broiler which will also give them a better look as well as better taste. ;)

LOL...Keep in mind this is the Midwest and the farmers are in the bars at 5AM waiting for the sun to come up so they can do their chores...which means they needed a little warming up fluid in the winter...and Beefeater and Tanqueray were not the top choices, though we did have both.  Five Star Brandy was the shot of the morning with a coffee chaser  :tearlaugh:

From England, to be precise, when I was tending bar that was my well brand and top shelf was Tanqueray

Both are tasty...I prefer pork to the beef since I'm not much of a beefeater...  Hey, isn't that the name of a booze also  :tearlaugh:

By the way...I just got the mail and thank you....I'll view them tomorrow.

Gin ... to be precise

Cool running on the mail delivery.
