Planetary rings are usually made of chunks of water ice and trace minerals. The Iceteroid Refinery Ship harvests Iceteroids from the rings and refines the water out of them. The process leaves the minerals, which bring enough funding to run the facilities aboard the Refinery Ship. The water that is extracted gets sold to worlds and other interested parties, generating pure profit. Tanker ships deliver the product to interested consumers.
