We're leaving...

The attack on the Pit had finally succeeded. The vast machine was breaking down and would soon self-destruct. The last of the Gaian clones had been rescued and Carnage was leading the fight out of the doomed facility. Celeste had hired a small fleet of ships to transport everyone off planet to safety. One of these vessels had been equipped as a medical facility directed by the two Arias. As a distraction, they had found some music from the alien transmission archive. The planet that the time traveller arranged to meet with Tina Archand had a primitive but slowly emerging species that called themselves "Tubers." They used a quaint computer system to exchange random audible and visual datastreams as entertainment. (It was apparently invented by someone called Elon Gates who the Tubers held in the highest esteem.) The time traveller followed them in a small fighter until they had reached a safe quadrant. Once there she opened the timestream to return to her own time-period. There was one last thing she had to do to set everything in motion...
