It's partially in the shadow side of the planet, a non 100% works I think here. Wonder if meeting will be totally peaceful between protagonists

Would work with 2 lights, one the star at back, the other reflection from planet below, reflect open the "wings" as far as they go. Love the ships Scouse the one in forground is slightly disturbing in a good way 8 ) Cheers

Made a mistake use distant light instead of point. Render in either FireFly or 3delight render engine.

Oh well you got to go somewhere. I think they saw the sign Klingon Empire you have 3 mircon to leave or be destroyed. Cool Render. Next time experiment by lighting you space scene with one point light at 200 percent and see what that dose. Set shadow to either raytrace or deep shadow map to get the total space effect no modification of shadown.
