2022 Coffee Shop and Gardens

Good morning!
Today was a morning of rest, and I went to the 'flea market'... under snow, a lot of snow. Big snowflakes and wind putting them in the face I was happy, and it started to stay on the ground. Alas, 1 hour later, all was melted. Well at least it was a good moment.

I'd gladly send some of mine over to you Aelin.......Still have plenty on the ground from the last snowfall...but I do see where my Brother in Rhode Island might get slammed by some snow and cold....and my other daughter in Maine will get it for sure....

Life is still in chaos but this too will pass. 

I see the CDC is under fire once again.  No wonder so many folks are confused about what to do nowadays... :nopanic;

Oh well, I use common sense and it's been a great guide.

Got to take Lorna to an appointment later on in the morn....and then get some cat and kitten food once again.  I've never seen such a bunch of finicky eaters.  Oz would and still does eat everything and anything....

Not the kittens.  One likes one type of wet food, the other something different and another likes no wet food but loves treats and dry food. Thankfully they all DO like the same type of dry food and treats....

And better still...they all love drinking water.  I'd be worried if all they ate was dry food and didn't drink water or eat wet food.  My friend Mel had to have surgery done on one of her mancoon cats due to a blockage since it didn't drink water or eat wet food.  Cost her $820....

This morning it's -10 degrees with a wind chill warning until noon.  I'm glad I got the house for the outside cats with the thermal heating pad.  Blacky is sharing it with Stripes and Blacky II....

Good morning!  We have snow too, Aelin.  And ours is still on the ground after 5 hours.  I suspect once the sun is on it, there will be less.

A bit of coffee for a Friday morning would welcome, Fafnir.  Haven't had grouper in quite a long time.  Sounds great!

Noshoba, I hear you.  You should try getting some of that food in Pennsylvania.     I know you're in a better place for it than I.  Where's the envy emoji?

Not from USA southern, but I have a grandma who always wants you to take another piece of each thing she did. In her case, I guess it's a rest of the WWII privations she had.

Hands Nosh  a steaming  mug of  coffee  how was your  trip  a good  one  i hope

It was good.  Hated not being able see the brothers but seeing baby sister after so many years made it worthwhile.


And those who are Southern will understand this one.  Mom is one of those that thinks she is a failure as a mom if you don't leave 20 lbs heavier than when you came.
