Just so I understand it, cause I saw it in the last months vote...what is the freebie challenge?

   to be honest I have no idea other than Freebies are used to create your Picture. That would be up to the Site as to how to interpret the Freebie Challenge Theme. I Think Daz Does something like this But am not sure if it is still around.
