Anyone remember the 70s-80s Buck Rogers reboot with Gil Gerard?


A conversation between him and the earth director Dr Huer pointed out that everyone in the 25th century was catalogued in every way by computer down to the last detail. Buck Rogers being  from the 20th century was totally off the grid and unknown. And here we are in the 21st century catalogued by computer in just the same way...

Silly boy... you're supposed to get the armour afterwards... most of the prospective  knights show up in evening dress as the average age for peers is around 85, just like our govt. There aren't any capable of arising that way without the assistance of a scrapyard magnet crane...
