Afraid so.. I was called a wizard at mechanics,  and was named Wizard, but I spelled it Wizzard as tis a name not a vocation.  Some get the joke. Then Terry Prachett wrote his Discworld boockes, People confused me with Rincewind. Tis rough when you're older than dirt. 8 )

HELLOOO Aelin, Dreamer, Fafnir Hip Shot, Wizzard, Sir Knight and TheLufias!   It is about 10:20 pm here, a great start on my "morning".   I woke at 9:30 pm sooo . . . it's morning for me, yep. 

I bet that was a real pretty scene, Aelin!   Do enjoy your Onset of Winter, ok?

Hip Shot!   Man I am too close to 300 for my liking.  I had a trip and tumble a few days ago, did a full face plant right into my lovely Serta desk chair with its leather bound plush stuffed cushions.  That was lucky.  I got to be way more careful how I walk around the edges of the rugs!   I had just enough time to think "Ooops!" and wham, I am down.  And carefully picking me back up.  Even though no one saw it but me and the Angels, I was embarrassed! 

I guess I could have thought "Help me MR. Wizzard!"  (Fractured Fairy Tales, Tutor Turtle and Mr. Wizzard!)  but that was too complex for the moment, I guess!  ;)

TL -  woohoo, yee HAW!  Guys the wind is really whipping tonight.  I got gusts up around 50-80 mph, all out of the North.  We are getting our first real taste of winter right now.   We are very apt to have a good freeze tonight.   

That means you too, Hip Shot!   After all, you are just off the escarpment from us,  and what we get, you likely will too.

Stuff you can put on ice to help get traction.  Clean Kitty Litter!   The first early cat litter was literally Industrial Absorb All.  Made from clay, it did great for soaking up oil leaks and on ice to give traction.   Where I worked, it was used a lot for both purposes.   Back in the 80's we had some terrible winters in Houston.  I used to think all the Detroit refugees brought their winters with them!   But yeah, Kitty Litter does much the same on ice.  :)

Good Morning to all....In here early because I'm going NO WHERE when it's sleeting outside...Already got a 1/2" of it on the ground with more coming down....and winds at 40-45 MPH.   

So inside is a good place to keep my ass toasty and my coffee HOT.... Ahhhhhhh

Md-G.....I've got to watch the Suicide Squad....Got it for my Birthday from someone in the family...not sure who LOLOL....haven't even opened it yet....I've got to be in a DVD mood....

I watched it this morning, and really enjoyed it.   Lots of action, tons of humor.  It is a "Story In Realism" right out of the dopey comic books!   But they made it fun.  There is some cool stuff, cool characters galore, and a pretty cool ending.  Specially considering WHAT they were, well, ending!   LOL!  We know who some of the main players are.   Idris Elba and Margot Robbie.   Margot is always sensational.   Even as Harley Quinn.  Actually being as the girl can actually act, I like her as Harley a lot.   Oh right, Miss Waller is still there, and Rick Flagg.   Some of the old Skwad get blown away, some new Skwad actually survive.  It was interesting!   And more laughter than the first.   Is it worth a view?  You betcha!

UUuuuuuhhhhhhh?  Seriously?  Don't like slipping under any conditions.  Luckily, there are no freeze warnings out my way. . . . . yet . . . On the other hand, we have not put up any decorations as yet.  Our only problems are a couple of cats who like to climb Xmas trees.  Likes to go up the main trunk and then swat the decorations situated on the outside.  Not good to hear them hitting the floor at one or two in the AM.  We got all plastic so we don't have to worry about them breaking.  Much as they had before, prompting the change.  The only time that I have really come acropper was over a year ago.  And it was in the house!  Wet tile in the reading room and me foot went one way and me bod went the other.  Got my bell rung pretty good and prompted a run to the emergency room.  Connie panicked, called my son and he got off work and the next thing I know I'm in his truck and heading for Temple.  No worries though.  Noggin far to hard for any damages.
