That is good news about keeping the power and no tornados.  Saw some of the flooding on my Newsfeed....it was a YIKES moment and you popped into my head right away....

Mother Nature has been in a pissed off mood of late......Can't imagine why... :java:

Two days of intense rain and thunderstorms.  Nothing in the house but some neighbors had more serious trouble with flooding (yards and basements).  Unlike last summer, we kept our power.  And no tornado this time.   :woohoo:

Absolutely right....but the "Catching UP" is hell :tearlaugh: :tearlaugh:  But I love it....

Even the relatives were concerned...the Daughter had to let them know all is well....Yup...I didn't even get into messenger.....I told Lorna she was my secretary for the week...Respond to all :tearlaugh:

Believe me....I'll make up for it next week....

Good Morning to all......

Yes, I've been gone all week.....Took a week off of the net to give the eyes a rest.  Amazing how much I got done around here. 

Got new plants for the yard....

Built a Birdhouse from scratch.....

Cleaned out shed #2 then put most of what I cleaned out back in the shed...but neatly this time. (The "Ya never know when you'll need it" theory prompted that action)

And then hunkered down while the two days of storms battered us...but with MUCH NEEDED RAIN...   The wind could have been worse but we lucked out in our area...but Barabo got pounded with 70-80 MPH winds. A lot of trees down and power lines down....

Anyway....Hope you all had a great week....

Thanks for the :java: Fafnir.....I'll give you a buzz later in the day.....Got to get the chores done in here first....
