Well, did the primary doctor this morning, at least they listened and did not break out an obnoxious computer while I was talking. She still is trying to get me on high blood pressure meds, nothing was named specifically. However when I do the blood pressure at the house is is lower then what she reads in the office. I keep saying it is white coat syndrome and she is skeptical.

Should have brought my unit with me but forgot to do so, will bring next time, yep there will be a next time, considering that she also sicc'ed the vampire on me.

I at least did get everything out in the open that ye ole knot head doctor was "ignoring"

Good Morning to all.....

Sorry for being MIA yesterday but had no power, phone, electric for a while...and a big mess in the yard that needed cleaning up. 

And I see PA got the same system we had...Hope all was good for you Sir Knight....

We ended up getting (2) EF-0 (65-85 MPH Winds) and (3) EF-1 (86-110 MPH Wind Speeds) Confirmed Tornados

Which in my mind is much better then getting a long running derecho....and most of the weather folks agreed.

Anyway...going to play catch up for a bit in here and then get back to the yardwork.  Got to repair two of the bird feeders and hunt down a cushion for my swing...that was tied down but guess not good enough...

The birdfeeders are tied down also but the tree branches snapped off 

Gotta grab a first....Ahhhhh

it gets kinda bad  when a major drugstore  can't be a reliable  source of insulin  syringes  and  insulin   just be glad i keep a reserve  supply  of both  i  mean how could you  be out of stock  of insulin  or  needles  sorry  way to do business  happened twice  to Janet  time to  move  scripts  to a dependable  drugstore

I got mine from Medicare and they provide strips and pins Every three months at no cost to me.  As for Straight and Narrow...the daughter is the same way....there is no such path LOLOLOL

Uh huh.  The one from VA is like that.  Unfortunately, sometimes they take a bit to send out more strips.  And the ones for them cost a lot more than I would like when I need them in an emergency.  That's the only reason that I picked one up on the cheap like that.
