Good Morning to all.....

Just a quick check in since I have some appointments today and so does Lorna.....

It's still up in the air if "J" is getting discharged today or not.  He still hasn't passed gas nor had any bowel movements....but then again...I don't think they've had him walking yet.  And as most know who have had surgery....you don't go home till you've passed the gas or proved the poop.....

Plus they are still draining fluids.  I think the appendix may have burst just before surgery which is common if one waits to long to get it checked.  They drained 90cc after surgery and 50cc last night.

And he just now wrote that they will get him up walking in a bit today....though he IS complaining about  "Showing Off Your Ass in these hopital gowns" and "having to drag along the drain unit between my legs"....

Anyway...that's what I have for now..... And as we all know....when "J" is griping about something....that means he's feeling better.....

Mornin to you all  coffee cocoa and tea are  ready  the girls  made biscuits and bacon for this  morning and for later on there  will be  smoked  brisket and  home made chilli  with all the trimmings

glad to hear it was a successful  operation  and yes they  kick you out as  soon as they can  but on the plus  side  J  will be home  so Kianna  can take care of  him
