That's bad.   Sorry to hear that man.  Just makes me hunker down even tighter.
Now for a little bit of FUN stuff for today, the Eleventh Day in August in the year of  {Zeager & Evans (sort of)} . . . Twenty Twenty One!   In 1974, while stationed on good ol number 73, I cut up a perfectly good, faded, patch pocket flare legged Dungaree pants to  closely resemble what CathyY used in her image "FAR OUT" on the lady sitting on the bench.   I used brilliant orange with white flowers cloth on both legs.  Plus sewed on 17 patches and badges from who knows where.  Obviously, this was strictly civilian attire.   My division Chief and Operations Officer quietly stated that once OFF the ship those pants will STAY off the ship, while I was on the gangway.  Seriously.  DANG man !   LOL!   And they liked the long sleeved denim shirt my girlfriend had embroidered for me!   I suppose those pants were a bit much, even with the Tony Lamas square toed knee high harness boots too.    The United States Coast Guard did not wish for its service members to put on the appearance of a young "Hippie", which  is not that far removed from its source, The Beatnik!

Thanks McG now comes the fun part.  Our "beloved" governor is signing a bill to prevent you from seeking damages due to their stupidity today. They know he is sick and still letting him work.

   Another Smokey day out here.  Looking at next week's weather forecast it just might rain again.  Today a few clouds and the high is expected at 103 degrees F.

Mornin to you all  coffee cocoa and tea  are ready  the girls  made biscuits and bacon for this  morning  and for later on there  will be  smoked brisket and link sausage  with all the trimmings

Honest...it would improve the gene pool.  The big insurance companies are already drawing back on covering unvaccinated covid cases.  Yes it is a persons choice.. but there is no free ride or bailout on the consequences of those choices.


I have made some bad choices in my life and still paying for them. But I accept..the key word here...responsibility for those choices.
