All started with fog on the hills here, but now we have a lot of sun.

Mornin to you all  coffee cocoa and tea are ready  the girls  made biscuits and bacon  for this morning and for  later on  there will be  bacon wrapped scallops  and king crab legs  with melted butter  and all the trimmings  with tater wedges

McG, Vanishing Point has always been one of my favorites.

Same here.  At first for the treasure trove of freebies, but then I started buying some of his models too.  Still do, and love using em!   They do some excellent vehicles & aircraft as well as all the buildings and even Star Wars stuff.

Sometimes, just having less stress in the life helps a lot. I have lost several kilos since the move, and yet I didn't change my way of life, not what I eat. But you never know when you'll really have less stress.

So far nothing out of the ordinary for weather ye ole rain cloud doesn't seem to have much puff in it at the moment. Not scheduled to get any where close to central Fl.

Tampa on the other hand looks like will be getting a wash job, possibly Sunday AM

Did the doctor appointment this morning and at last she is on board with the white coat hypertension and the accuracy of my blood pressure cuff. It certainly did help that I also had the print out of the recorded readings in Excel format that helped. She even agreed that it was possible that I had issues with the appendix for some little time and that is why I have been out of sorts for so long. The good news is that I started to loose weight, very little mind you, down four pounds but it is a start.
