Mornin to you all  coffee cocoa  and tea  are ready with plenty of  fortification to go with  it  The Girls  made biscuits and bacon for this  morning  and for later on  there  will be tacos  with all the trimmings  and tater  wedges

Yep. Forgot I found also 2 Asterix since I started to visit that shop. Those comics have also many success. There were more than what I bought each time, but those were the 2 only on sale that I didn't have yet. Collection will be harder to finish I guess :tearlaugh:
There is still the "brocante" at the beginning of each month too. Alas, they have less entries it seems. Many books are there since December, and I have them or am not interested by. And I saw so many Nancy Drew there (called in France "Alice détective", don't know why :shrug: ) for children.

Excellent end of day guys! Tomorrow afternoon is my second half day off, don't know if I'll be on internet or not.

I love old books, too.  Going into an old book store always weighs heavily on my wallet.    :woohoo:

I'm glad they were still there!  You're close to having a full set.  Goodness!

I went to the old books bookstore this afternoon (took my afternoon off from job) on the road for the food shop. You know, like I no longer go to the normal book store.
Last week I made the same and found many Tintin but because of the shop I had to do, was only able to take half of those available. The owner said the Tintin comics are quickly sold when she has them.
Today, I had few hope only to find those I left, but they were always there, except one  :grenade: So in 1 week, I passed from 2 to 17 in my collection - only 5 to find to complete it. And books are in very good shape and less than half their prices when new.

There are jewels in that old books bookstore. Another time, I found for the daughter of a friend some "Martine" books.
