Perhaps it's time for you to hide all those fancy cords to the kittens? When I had my Vista, first thing Puce made was to start to "eat" the cord. Just one little crunch inside and I was lucky to be there and to see her - more for her than the comp. She was a little more than 1 year old. But since all those years I learnt when she is stressed, she takes plastic or similar in her mouth; and at that time she was in adaptation moment, less than 10 days at home and her monster sister not far away.
I guess 3 in the same time is hard for Oz to accept immediately.

Good Morning to all....A unknown weather day today.  Our weather forecaster gave his "Personal opinion" forecast and the weather bureau forecast...which are completely different LOLOL.

My Brother and family told me all the rivers in Woonsocket, RI are flooded due to Ida and that in all his years he never seen so much rain coming down so fast and hard.  I found out from folks in Newport that there was a lot of street flooding and also some wind damage to some building.  I found out that the street my Mother used to live on was totally flooded.  If she was alive she would have been calling poor Jimmy every two minutes....

Today I have to clean out my computer system and do a major rewiring job since the kittns have learned how to unplug things....

But they are fun.  Oz is SLOWLY tolerating them...it takes time....and we are not pushing him.  He has his space when he doesn't want to socialize so all is good.

And now to grab a cup of (Thanks Fafnir) and see what is what...

Some of my family is Louisiana.  Waiting to hear.  Locally we have lots of water.  US 1 "highway" is the first.  Road to our second building is the second.

See, you have water too on your side, but not a word in news again today. Except complaints about water in NYC streets and 44 dead people, the "medias" have nothing to tell.
I hope your family is fine, and had the occasion to take a real shelter against hurricane.

We have full sun here this afternoon, when we are supposed to be under thunderstorm warning I don't believe I'll disappear of internet because of that, but at least you know.

See, while I was looking for Louisiana (still nothing except a cow in a tree), I discovered in Spain they had a big storm and flood in Catalogna, just at the border with France! News? Nope. The heat wave that Milos had? Nope, we didn't heard about. Fires from Eubea island? Just a tiny word, then nothing more.
It's better to talk about always the same thing  and our unglorious leader.

Fafnir, I'm afraid Louisiana has more than the 7 deaths from NYC. There are people who fled the State and ended deep in Oklahoma; that's the only more news I had from the beginning of my own evening, and from a friend living in Oklahoma. Those people from Louisiana talked about total devastation. But this time Louisiana can't except help

they had a bunch of damage and power is out in a lot  of  the area   will take  a  while to get power back and homes  rebuilt  don't think  the  death  toll was  high
yea the  media  is  all concerned  with NYC  and surrounding  area
