Whee slowly making headway on all the christmas cooking. Just put the strawberry and chocolate chip cheese cake in the fridge to set and later I'll make up the jelly topping for it.
Cooks helper is currently dealing with the dishes so I can choc dip the truffles, make some cookies and bake the ham

We are in a valley, finally not so far from Massif Central. I guess it's the reason, even if the temperatures are supposed to be better in those mountains since yesterday or the day before. Either the forecast weather was wrong (surprise surprise...) or there is a shift in the weather.
I know in Belgium they had better temperatures than us.

Good Morning to all....I'm cutting it close...it's 2 minutes before noon here.

YIKES...You were colder where you are at that time then I was here in Wisconsin.  We woke up to 16 Degrees....and right now it's 21 degrees....so it's not much of a rise in temps LOL.

Just got in from filling up the bird feeders and was damn glad that's all I had to do...Brrrrrrrr

Well, got all my clinic appts caught up yesterday....I'm still alive....and yes...it was an all day affair.  One test after another...then wait...

Today I'll be finishing up the gift wrapping....and as mentioned...the daughter wraps like the guys wrapping their fish at the fish markets.....So I do it all.

So I'll be taking a brief tour and might get back in later on if all goes well.

Now....where's my coffee.... ahhhhh...Good stuff Fafnir....

It's a sunny day, but when the sun started to show himself, it was only 10°C (14°F) here  :shiv:
Around midday, 2 species of black birds (1 was crows) were in several trees for a meeting. And when I say meeting, it was trully that. The little specie was calm, just waiting. Several of the bigger specie birds made hear their voices until the late birds come from the hill! They were welcomed by even more voices, kind of "where were you? What did you do to be late?", because after they arrived it was a sudden silence

Mornin to you all  coffee cocoa and tea are ready  the girls  made biscuits and bacon  for this  morning  and for later on there  will be bacon wrapped scallops and  king crab  legs  with all the  fixings  and tater  wedges

Good grief the things people do and to what purpose is the real puzzler, well at least for me it is ...

For a moment it looked like we might have been in store for a wet Christmas as yesterday weather was mostly rain followed by drizzles, with an early evening spate of rain however according to the weather weenies it is only going to be cloudy or partly cloudy as they say .. why not partly sunny ... whatever ... high in the 70's lows in the 50's guess we will see how that one pans out for them.

Well bought an inflator and got enough air in it to get to tire place I grabbed it from. Somfone had cut the valve stem creating a slow leak since had other tire in back of truck still had them check it. Same thing.
