dandelion tea is a good detox and diuretic - dandelion wine is nicer but you have to make it, the tea can be made with leaves or flowers with boiling water on them.
I am losing weight beside you as it were; having had a close call with BP and chest pains. I now have an exercise bicycle ...

Hi everybody, thanks for all the well wishes! Surprised that I could get logged in here. Cannot do so on the other sites I visit regularly.


My leg has stopped crying, but it is still fairly inflamed. I'm taking an antibiotic to treat the problem, and cleaning and bandaging using the wet dry bandage method. I think the saline solution and the surgical scrub is doing wonders. I'm working on changing my diet to reduce my carb and salt intake. Drinking a lot more water to flush my system and help myself lose weight.


Love all you guys a lot, and I request that members here that are also at PFDLives let the members there know how I'm doing, and that I am working to get back in the swing there.


I really appreciate all you guys do for me and each other!
