Now for something entirely different I see that DAZ has gone political

They are having a sale about AAPI and DTF hate and claim that the proceeds will be going to those organizations to fight against it.



In my mind there is a fine line between bringing an injustice to light and turning it into an obsession that colors everything one thinks, says and does and eventually makes the whole thing worse then it ever could have been if it had been left alone and acknowledge the one time.

And isn't amazing how quickly all these acronyms pop up for every single thing ... I had to look up the above acronyms to even know what they meant and then I am in the corner shaking my head in disbelief.

I concur that there is a lot of bad in the world now, but to go out of the way to continually shove it in our faces every chance a group gets in front of the (fake) media which is then is picked up and kept alive by everyone that buys into everything the media spews.

Have you noticed how many people including politicians and reporters could not wait to get Trump out and now that he is out they can't stop talking about him. Sounds like a love hate relation ship to me.

At the contrary here, where we have many elders, it's those ones who are the most with rebellion mind; teenagers are with hesitations. When my grandma, living in the previous town where I was, and who started to calm down, is now in complete hysteria and believe every word giving by ****** (choose your words) people in charge. And where she lives, the mask isn't an obligation, the mayor (a retired doctor) refuses to impose it. Where I live now, the mayor hasn't his word to tell, the Préfète (a higher step compared to him) decided everyone must have in the département, even when you wear heavy things, even when you can't breath with that mess... whence the rebellion.

Yes politicians are quite good at providing incentives to vote for them at the right time, hang on to your cheque book, never know when that will change, usually right after winning an election. I say this because American policy only allows someone to be in office for two terms, so there's no incentive for Trump to play nice if he wins this election. Time will tell obviously, I could be wrong, past history of most countries says I'm right.
