I read the best size is something like 1500 on 500 pixels. Otherwise the site 'rework' the picture for it fit inside the banner place.

Do you ever change the Banner for the Twitter page?  If so...what size do you use.  I try to use some of the ones I have for the Attic Twitter page but they get distorted....
