Like all sites, not sure about forums though, there is that very nuceance pop up bar with either them telling us of the privacy settings or cookie changes/info for us to agree or disagree to allow cookie.
Silly since we have always had the option for cookie acceptance and privacy too.
I know here we all have to do the popup bar type thing too with it going into effect tomorrow -25th - so now our store sport a banner anyone can see...especially those of us that have eyeballs that rebel from time to time.
Maybe that is their way of bugging you all over there on the other side of the pond.

The cookie bar is because of EU 

I go on the usual yahoo page, which is for France

and yahoo France sends me on another page before I'm able to see yahoo. If I was with my email there, I could understand, really. But I'm just a visitor.... with a adblock.

hmmm,  I just went there and it shows the normal front page for me with that "cookie" bar at the bottom that many have added to their sites.

It's also the time where European Union forces a lot of sites to show messages concerning cookies and datas. Tomorrow is the Dday
Time for hackers to try to annoy people.

I don't know for you, but also each time I start a new Internet session and want to go on Yahoo, I have a full page to tell me they are in Oath family now and blablabla That since at least 2 days.

Tell me about it I have seen an increase of peeps trying to sneak onto the servers so been feeding them to the guard dragon of the server, he is getting fat and sassy
Guess it is that time of year for the hackers to go full strength again, they do like to try during holidays even more and memorial day is approaching.

  I can't explain Mary, I saw weird stuff myself these last days, specially on Renderosity, with links which are able to be followed on their site. But once on their site, you have a weird code in place of downloable freebie. And in fact, all freebies of the member in question are no longer showed by Renderosity on his profil.

For a weird reason it was written "francimi" in place of "francemi". Now it's working
