Here's the one I use "J".....

It's been approved by all of my heart doctors...and as you know....I have MANY....and even Olivia Approves it....and they always check their readings against mine....and they are always spot on.    I got it at Walmart which is a LOT cheaper then CVS or the other big chain drugstores....

That's nice one, for the wrist!   Nice price too.

My question though is the wrist the best place for that to be used as a testing point. I read that the best spot is the elbow where it is typically tested at so which is right, did look at the one link and surprise they be sold out on line.

Granted it will probably be best to look at the local sites here in the area after work, just didn't feel like going today.

Have been doing "gut checks" on myself since yesterday and I definitely can see the relationship between allowing events to "get to me" and trying to downplay them.

Boy do I have a lot to relearn :sigh:

Self diagnosis generally does more harm than good.  To my experience, anyway.    :coffeemaker:

I agree on the purely physical ailments.

I was gut checking the relationship of how I respond to events on my well being ... there seems to be a correlation twixt the two.

Granted it is just one weekend but by paying attention to the events & things around me and how I react to them, that dull ache seems less noticeable. So do not know if it is from just consciously calming myself and two days of not taking the supplement, (which as mentioned I found out aggravates blood pressure in people) or just wishful thinking but there is a subtle difference.

So am going to keep trying to walk that path and see if it becomes noticeable, once I get a BP monitor. That will be the true benchmark.

Wow continued bringing crap downstairs from over next door. Seriously, Dell 530 laptops with Win XP on them and several other variations of antediluvian electronics. So freaking comical in my mind.

Even found docking stations no cables for them but the docking stations themselves for the Dell 530 laptops.

Man no one can cut loose with antediluvian electronics, I guess ... :tearlaugh:

I think the thing that really blew my mind is the alarm box I found, it is for the building however it has a 2001 date on the inside cover. So since it is just laying about upstairs and not connected and therefore not in use, why is it still here?

Makes as much sense as that padlock I found last week, that had been cut off with bolt cutters yet there it was just sitting on a desk. Lord knows how long that has been hanging about the place.

The only bonus ... sort of ... was I found six each collapsible 5' tall easels. Not sure how to make that a win but grabbed one I did .... :iminnocent:

Well I still have a Toshiba Satellite here that I use in college it has Windows 3.1 in it, with a docking station.  Still working but too slow for internet nowadays.   Too bad I did not get games for it, the only thing on it is solitary.  Plus some old files and basic programs.  It was very expensive back then and the apple compute I had with a monitor, printer and two disk drives cost over $1000.00 back then in 1985.   I got rid of the Apple, maybe I should get rid of the Toshiba too.
