 5-Minute Guacamole

Ingredients,br />

      1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
      1 tbsp. of salsa
      1 clove garlic, peeled
      1/4 tsp. of salt

Methods/steps

In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; serve immediately.

Where is the salsa recipe you ask??? Well you can make your own easily:

1 finely chopped tomatoe
1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper (with or without seeds)
some finely chopped onion
salt to taste
1 minced garlic clove (or 1/2 teasppon from jar variety)

Mix well then add to mixture above.

An easy hot sauce :

dice tomatoe
salt to taste
garlic powder to taste (or 1 minced garlic clove)
2 T finely chopped onion (or onion powder to taste)
oregano flakes -- optional

Combine and dip away

If you would rather use a blender  to make it less chunky then rough chop all ingredient then churn in blender to desired way either way tis great with just about everything and you can make it to your taste buds of heat

I used to add red pepper flakes instead of the jalapeno too. The sals keeps in covered dish/bowl/container for about 4 days. If you want a bit of tartness then add a wee bit of white vinegar (pickle juice in a bind)

I love avacadoes and have been know to just heat up a tortilla, strip and take out the seed of the avacadoe, sprinkle a bit of salt then wrap and chomp away. A veggie taco for sure or a poor man's taco when needed...lol
