Another moth to the flame: Hulk Hogan

I recall Terry Hogan as a pretty big guy playing a live stage band as Alto Sax somewhere in south Florida.  Back in the mid 70's.  Then between my marriages, in a big surprise, on Saturday Night Wrestling!  Cool!   I think we lost a great guy, great entertainer, and musician.  RIP Terry.  I will miss the crazy eyed giant blonde guy flying across the ring at various other wrestlers.   Hulk Hogan kinda led the wrestlers in being body sculptors.  Not just strength training.  
Terry and I were the same age.  I was 6'2", he was 6'4" and HUGE.  I think he had more excess muscle than I even weighed!  For all that, I never got to meet the guy.  I would have liked to.

First saw him wrestle in Madison when he wrestled for Vern Gagner and the AWA.  My neighbor kid loved wrestling so I got a pair of tickets and we had a great time.

Hulk Hogan was a larger-than-life personality who rose to great heights in sports entertainment and buoyed a successful career in the ring into an iconic one outside of it.

Hogan died after suffering a possible "cardiac arrest" at his home in Clearwater, Florida, TMZ Sports reported on Thursday. Emergency personnel reportedly rushed to his home and he was seen being carried out of it in an ambulance.
