You should know most of the old newsletter links are gone at the end of 2020 on Rendo.
Yet, DollyGirl found a link on web archive for that sweater. The link for the outfit was edited in that topic, and the one concerning Renderosity newsletters.

If you took the Sweet sweater freebie by Rhiannon in 2011, you can use now textures created for that set.
Commercial renders are ok.

For example, Darky (aka Darky2012) has created "Rhiannons, Sweet Sweater,Textures, Material"
Commercial renders are ok.

And GlassyLady (aka Pati,patiaz) made Sweetest Sweater for V4 Sweet Sweater
Commercial renders are ok
