Good Morning to all,

PDG....A cup of coffee......let's see.....I typed in a simple question on my general search engine... "Is Caffeine Bad For You?"  Answer:  https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/what-is-caffeine

Now keep in mind....I drink coffee ALL DAY LONG.  Been doing that for most of my life.  And when my head hits the pillow...I'm out for the night.  No anxiety, restlessness, trouble sleeping, etc.   But yes, it effects others differently.

On that note....Good Morning to all.....It's another day of daylight with a chance of evening later in the day.  Right now I'm watching a standoff between a squirrel and GreyBaby...the outside kitty.   GreyBaby does a good job climbing up the tree...but always has a hard time getting down.  He always makes it down...SLOWLY....  He's still in the tree...little does he know the squirrel has already jumped to the other tree and is across the street already LOLOL

Your signature is cuter than the previous one!
Problem of cats stays they have less strenght in front legs whence the difficulty to come back on the ground.
We have another piece of sun, but wind with this time.
Yesterday, we had swallows in the sky. None today. But each year, they come days before to establish. My guess is they try the weather before to choose to do their nests here or there. They probably went back more in south before the end of the day.

Plus, cats claws point to the rear.   Makes going down head first an instant certainty!   If a kitten survives doing that once, they usually don't do it a second time!  ;o)

Good Afternoon!
Where my three sleep varies from night to night, but all 3 of them prefer me as their bed. I don't sleep in a bed, as my asthma hinders breathing when I am laying down. I sleep in my easychair, feet and head up. I get at least one of the cats wanting the coveted on my chest position, but that too bothers my breathing. So I adjust my chest angle to be unnatural for them to sleep on. Plenty of other areas of my body for them to sleep on.
DAZ Studio, Bryce, Poser, Wings 3D, Howler, Blender, PSP, Hexagon, MSO PowerPoint & Word, just a few of the programs I use.

The end of a very busy day is on it's way.   Good Morning to you Sanbie.

Thanks Aelin....did some hunting for that cute kitty gif....

Well, Got the Walmarting done....and the lawn mowed....once again....and the outdoor furniture in place, the birdfeeders full and next up...the outdoor crew fed....

And now All are fed...inside and outside....

With all of this rain we've been getting the grass wasted no time in springing back to mowing height.

And now I rest....with :java: in hand.....Didn't have very much today .... Been to busy
