Tiramisu (coffee desert)

Tiramisu


1 1/4 cups hot water
1 1/2 tablespoons instant/powdered coffee (or just 1 1/4 cups strong black coffee and leave out the water)
3 Tablespoons Coffee Liqueur
2 Eggs separated
300 grams Mascarpone
1/4 cup Icing sugar
1 Tablespoon Coffee Liqueur
250 grams sponge fingers
Grated chocolate


Mix hot water, Coffee and first lot of liqueur together.
Beet egg whites till soft peaks form.
Bett Mascarpone, egg yokes, icing sugar and last lot of liqueur untill thick, fold in egg whites.
Brush sponge fingers with coffee mix and place in a shallow dish. Top with Mascarpone mix sprinkle over grated chocolate, cover and chill for 4 hours or over night.

Then again I have no idea what Mascarpone is?
