Med interaction and brain flashes I don't need right now. Blood pressure increase in head where surgery has taken place. Same reason I can't smoke. Mind you ever doc on the planet tells you to quit smoking. Even medical mari patients like me.

You know your body better then anyone so yes....Stick to the plan.  Never had the problems you're having so didn't understand the situation.  Thanks for update...And as always....Got you in my thoughts and prayers my friend.

And now....On with the show.....with :java: in hand....

back from Service Ontario. Got my paperwork back in order. Hurrah. That was a surprise to see my card was out of date.

I've been to a few of those places TL. My old aunt lived in Bar Harbor for 50 years. I think everyone's been to Myrtle Beach and Siesta Key. Mind you I lived is West Palm Beach for a few years so...

Ah The Joy of Liquid Breakfast! This is what I Have To use Atkins 15g Keto Protein Shake! o.o Everyday! So know the Empty Plate for Breakfast Movement! Had To Sleep in a Chair When I was taking Care of My Grandmother in her Tiny Apartment Was no room in there with all the hospice stuff. Had to use a Back roll to Keep myself From having back Spasms and leg Cramps.  Sometimes When the meds Make me too sick and Vertigo I Sleep in the Corner sitting down with the the walls on ether side of me holding me up.  Then I Wait for the World to stop moving long enough for the Tiredness to take me. But that is How I do it. Hope You Get Better News! *Huggles*

When I was a child, living with my family in South Carolina, we went to Myrtle Beach sometimes, but to us Folly Beach was better. In Virginia Beach we often went to Nags Head, NC. We also frequented the Virginia Beach shoreline (known as the longest stretch of continuous beach in the world), Lynnhaven Beach (at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay), and some lesser known but still fun beaches.
By the way, for East Coast Surfing, many say Nags Head is their favorite. There is some dunes in that area too, that change according to what the wind and rain does to them. We would go there with our boogie-boards and slide down the steep embankment of the dunes. That was fun. The steep side of a dune is the leeward side, not the windward side.
DAZ Studio, Bryce, Poser, Wings 3D, Howler, Blender, PSP, Hexagon, MSO PowerPoint & Word, just a few of the programs I use.

I found that a good low tech hot water bottle helps with the back. Pain meds just make things worse overall and I am trying to use as little as possible. I don't get vertigo from my pain management per say. I get the screaming ice pick through the temple. That messes with the ability to stay upright. Not upright the head fills. The brain fries.

Still here my dear. Didn't think I was going to make it back when I spent my time on PFD. Docs are dancing around me like Cruikshank's imps. https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/393320

All that metal and plastic inside needs additions. When they took the 750ml growth off my skull just as Covid struck they added bone cancer to my list of woes. Bone graphs and more plastic are getting hard to deal with at my age.
