Blank thumbnails are "wrong image files". Old products use rsr files and the new Poser versions can't read them. Just convert them to png with this little tool: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/details.php?item_id=57197


Do you have the newest SR installed for your Poser?

I think so but I will check on it. Once Poser comes out with a newer version there support seems to take a back seat.

Runtime is too big ... hah ... what a crock answer that is indeed

Which runtime since I have multiple ones to make the findng of content slightly easier. But even before I figured out how to do that I still had a huge runtime and never had any problems like they are implying.

The only problem with a single large runtime is it takes forever to open Poser as it has to read all of it to open. Number two try and find anything

their tech savvy support is a big joke, I was told that the reason my figure was coming out white is due to it being old and not for this version of poser...finally am figuring out it is something to do with the sss stuff and most likely mysettings.
