Wish it was slow here today TL. Lot's going on in readiness for tomorrows storm. Ho Hum. Yet another? Everyone dug out and clear the downed trees? More of both on the way. Such lovely news for happy hearts day. More like heart attack on the way day. Even Ed dropped by this morning to take me shopping so he doesn't have to deal with the crappy traffic expected tomorrow through Friday afternoon.

Noshoba I dug out the old Macross saga a couple weeks ago as I was feeling a bit nostalgic. Was always a fan of that one.

Evening park. Yeah I go back and watch Frontier at least once year. The anime is Metallic Rouge and isa 25th anniversary original offering from Bones.  The art style and storytelling is extremely nostalgic. Almost tempted to break out Ghost in the Shell just to compare the two.

Not sure what we going to get tomorrow PDG....the forecast has changed constantly and none of the TV Channels weather forecasts match....so.....I'll let the kittens look out the window and let me know what's it's doing....

I used to watch the Macross Saga! I've been looking for Robotech rigged models for Poser and DAZ Studio of the Varitech Fighters. I'm talking about the one that looked like an F-14 Tomcat. I had a well made plastic model of that one that I put together myself, and it worked; with full shapeshifting and posing. I spent a couple hundred hours of pure fun putting it together. I also had the Varitech Cyclone Motorcycle that shifted to become a suit of powered armor for its rider, which it came with. Both the motorcycle and the rider were fully articulated. Having both models for Poser and DAZ Studio would be awesome, but alas, it seems that no one has made any. The closest I can find are models of Transformers, and while they are interesting, it's just not up to par to the show we used to watch; The Macross Saga! The only actual shape shifting model I've found from that series is SDF 1. Its shape shifting capability was limited even in the series, and to my way of thinking, it was way too big to be an effective fighting unit in and of itself; an easy target to take down. Still I collected that model for Poser, and it works in DAZ Studio as well. I do have several of the Mechs from the series, and they are rigged, so not all is bad on that front. It's just that of all the tech in the show, my favorite was the F-14 styled Varitech fighter, which had 3 main modes, just like the plastic model I had of it.

Agent the closest things you would find are Chris's models. I'm not sure which VP bought the rights to before he passed. Because I do have them. There was a Robotech manga being made at one point and he was so happy they asked to use his models for it. Sorry that opened some old wounds.  He was a really good friend.

Goodmorning everyone,
Bit of a busy day today. Not much computer time this weekend because we will be out and about. Checking on the reno of our caravan. This afternoon some building material will be delivered so we'll be heading out there to see and support the working men with some needed snacks and brewskies.
I have started some new pose-sets for Dawn & LaFemme and a certain hairstyle, HR-229 it's called I think and it envolves the taming of a braid.
But first.....
