Good Morning to all,

Tye Dye thiefs.... :nopanic:  I didn't know tye dye was back in style LOL.  But then again....look where I live...  Being in style here is Denim jeans and flannel shirts...even in the summer....

Morning Noshoba....I remember the days of tye dye.  Got curious and found this....A very cool read.... TYE DYE

This is Farm Country Aelin.  Mice are rampart so they figure the more cats and kittens around...less mice will be around to cause damage....and they DO cause damage and then some.

Our shelters take in injured cats and kittens or kittens that lost their mom.  Once a year they do have a clinic where the Vets in the area will "Fix" male and female cats and the charge is $60.   That is CHEAP .  That's what Lorna and I did with our clan.  Only one left to do is Boo Bear..and that will be this Spring.  The shelter has more dogs and puppies then cat's and kittens.

Great Coffee Fafnir...Thanks :java: Ahhhhh

Wow, here the surgery for male is €60, and above €100 for a female.
And I know somebody in Oklahoma who put a cat for such surgery for only $30 without help of a shelter.

Morning park. Tye dye? Why the dye lol.?

I've worn it every day of my life since the early 70's. Got married in a suit with a necktie that was actually tye dyed on to the white dress shirt. It's an art form and I'm an artist. Some days anyway. I'm also an old hippie; as if nobody's figured that one out yet. Ponytail down to my ass and beard half way to my belt. When I do laundry the locals hover around like sea gulls casing a fish and chips joint. I had one this morning. A jackdaw drawn by the pretty colours. Had to ask her to stop pawing at my shirt while I was placing a set of tye dyed peace sign bed sheets into the washer.

I used to make jewelry too till I had the dungeons raided by the Morlocks a number of years back. Hard to keep nice things around here. They might have enough value to purchase drugs from the chickie poo across the hall or any other of the local riff raff.

$100 for a male and $150 for a female here. "Fixed", shots, de-worming, and whatever else may be necessary to give your pet a good start in life; all at once. Everything but a microchip or other similar device.

Now vet bills after the fact are something else all together. I had a cat fall from the second floor and land in a Caesar salad. Long story. A trip to the emergency vet, via my fifth attempt to get a cab take me and a towel full of injured animal in my arms; and a 12 hour stay cost me $3700 some 30 years ago. All they did was x-ray the poor thing and tell me she might have a concussion. Overnight observation. Out by 7am the next morning. All because no veterinarians had open offices on the weekends. The largest, most populated city in the nation; and vets didn't work weekends. Things have changed now.

Microchip was included in our price....that is why they tell you in advance to reserve your spot because they go fast...that means full price payment ahead of time....Still got the coneheads but not sure how our boy BooBear will like wearing a pink one with flowers...We had 5 of them but gave the two boy colors away.

PDG...same thing happened to us with Oz....Christmas Day....Emergency Vet in Janesville....They couldn't do anything so we had to let him go peacefully.  It was a chunk of change and then some.  :thud:  He'll be home next week.  Lorna had him cremated....Oz was her baby given to her by Travis...her son...

Totally understand park. I used run around wearing a dashiki lol. Beard stays but the ponytail comes and goes.

I have 2, 6 inch wireless dongle keyboards with small track pads. Recharge off the USB. 2 for $5. Best pieces of "junk" I've found in ages. Never without a keyboard or mouse in an emergency, and I have been known to have a few of those.
