I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

Glad to hear it... I have some of this but need to complete it. But I am waiting this heatweave to pass, here is just unbearable lately. At least all is good with tourism, hope I will be back at office soon. It seems our work we made was not in vain and that after summer I will be able to study and finish my studies finaly. :peek:

Yup on the heat...it's hitting many spots.  Up in my neck of the woods we've been hot, then cold, then mild, then cold....and next up is HOT again.... LOLOL
