I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

Yup....and to top it off, one daughter, 2 grandsons, one brother, and 6 nieces have Birthdays in September so my wallet also has a hernia  :thud: :thud:....  And my mind also trying to remember them all :tearlaugh:
