Looking at that pair you made, looks like a professional design.
Speaking of the modeling aspect, I've done some more complex mechanical models, on which I am currently working on other aspects of, some of them are in the "rigging readiness room". LOL
I do plan to make a few different types of spectacles, some of my own design. Rigging will be simple for most of them. I do have an odd design in mind, that I need to figure out the way its joints will work. That will determine the shape of the part. I'm drawn to ball joints, because of their hinging freedom. Just make the center of rotation for all axes the center of the ball.

Yep. That's what I mean when I say move the origin to the base of the arm. Then just lock axis or not. No lock->balljoint

Good morning folks with a special note to our friends in tornado alley. When the board went down yesterday I worried about you all. According to the weather weenies in my corner of the world the hail and twisters were still a high probability. Me; I'm sweating like fat drunk in a sauna. It's 13c here with another 10c to go. The building heat won't be turned off till the second week of May so it's more like 32c in here and I'm sitting between another 1000w of rgb heaters slowly roasting. It's mid summer for a day. Back to frost at night tomorrow.

The 'weakness' of cats is the closed spaces, boxes for example. There was a time, months ago, I had a commode with a drawer opened on the front (thank you furnitures in ikea style ) and Nenya especially loved to go onto my clothes
He had also a carton box for a while that he loved to go in, until the 2 others took the box each time he wanted to go into.

Good Morning to all,

Tried to get in here yesterday afternoon but no such site existed LOLOL.  Don't know what the glitch was and really didn't matter.  I was just coming in to say good night....Was a busy day yesterday and I was totally worn out.

Then we waited for the storms....Plenty of wind....and rain.....but no tornado warnings at all in my area but plenty to the East of us.  Fell asleep early....the sound of rain will do that to me every time.

Good morning PDG.....Got more rain in the forecast but that's about all I know at the moment.  It's will change in a couple of minutes anyway....and we are at 60 degrees at the moment...but windows have to remain shut due to the winds and probability of more rain. 

The winds were wicked yesterday though.  Blew a section of siding off of the shed.  Ran out with got it back in place...and it stayed in place.  Took 10 minutes to dry off LOLOL...

Anyway....the start of another day...with in hand  Ahhhhh
